Inspired by British Colonial design, Villa Tesori is situated on approximately .78 acres, boasts over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space and 4,894 square feet under roof with 5 bedrooms 5 ½ baths.   The villa is fully air-conditioned, and totally screened with an automatic generator equipped with transfer switch, so no power outages here.    The master suite and three guest suites are in the main house making this an ideal home for families with small children.  The Francis Bay Suite with queen bed, sits on the main level, just off the kitchen area.  An interior staircase just before, takes you upstairs, where the Master, Maho and Cinnamon Bay guest suites are situated.  Both guest suites contain queen beds.  The fifth bedroom, below the pool, has a king bed and full kitchen.  

Located in Rendezvous/Ditliff, gorgeous views of the ocean, Hart Bay, Monte Bay, Klein Bay, Fish Bay, Reef Bay and the island of St. Croix are enjoyed throughout the residence as well as all day sun.   

The spacious pool deck with comfortable Brown Jordan chaise lounges and snack tables.  The chaise lounges recline all the way back for a welcoming afternoon nap.  Several pool floats are available for lounging in the pool.  Outdoor table and chairs by Maya with seating for eight, including two swivel and six stationary chairs.  A bistro table with swivel chairs and three high back bar chairs gives ample seating for ten.  In addition there is a loveseat glider, recliner with ottoman and end table located on the upper open deck.    

The expansive living area features cypress ceilings with mahogany rafters, Italian tile flooring, large oriental rugs with mahogany coffee table, oversized bamboo sofas and chair for relaxing or watching TV.  At top the mahogany media center sits a 36" Panasonic plasma TV with expanded digital cable.  The glass doors contain a surround sound entertainment center complete with CD/DVD players.  A large selection of DVD's and CD's are available for your viewing and listening pleasure. A selection of board games are also available.  Two sets of double mahogany doors with hideaway Phantom screens open to the covered porch area.  For convenience, a half bath is located just off the living room area.

The covered rotunda, located just off the dining and living room areas showcases the native Caribbean stone walls as well as the cypress ceilings with mahogany rafters.  This cozy retreat is such a pleasure, it is the hang out spot for morning coffee, congregating, star gazing and for late night cocktail lounging.  There is plenty of seating for all to enjoy, including, Loveseats and Chairs all with large comfortable cushions, several throw pillows, along with two cushioned ottomans, coffee and snack tables are also available for hours of reading or relaxation. 

The gourmet kitchen features custom made Cherry Cabinetry, with bar seating highlighted by Venetian granite countertops.  A stainless steel double oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, counter top range and microwave for cooking up plenty of gourmet meals that any chef or novice chef would love to work in.  All minor appliances, two coffee makers, coffee grinder, toaster over, four slice toaster, and all the cookware and gadgets one could ask for.  A large walk in pantry with plenty of space for storing along with several serving pieces for outside dining.  A beautiful mahogany dining table with seating for ten is complimented by an oriental rug.  The buffet table features a large collection of hard and paperback books along with a selection of children's movies, books and games.  From the dining area you can access the outside covered porch area by way of the double mahogany glass doors with hide away Phantom screens. 

 The walk in wet bar features a wine cooler with glasses to suit every type of tasty beverage.  Two blenders and a small sink are available for whipping up those Caribbean delights.  The Bose IPOD sound dock is portable and can be used inside or outside Villa Tesori.

The cooling blue "Francis Bay Suite" is located just off the kitchen/dining room area, on the main level of the villa, ideal for those folks who prefer no stairs.  A stately mahogany queen bed with footboard looks straight out to turquoise blue horizon.  A three drawer dresser, a secretary and side chair are included.  Two sets of double mahogany glass doors with hideaway phantom screens take you out to the private deck where a wicker glass top table and cushioned chairs await you. The private bath is appointed with a half moon shaped coral stone shower with two arched windows for gazing out to the vast ocean view.  Amenities include a large walk in closet with custom cabinets, a safe, telephone, A/C, ceiling fans, and 19" LCD TV with expanded digital cable. 

Exterior finish of native blue stone with custom mahogany doors make this a classic Caribbean style home.  Under the main level covered arches a storage room containing a refrigerator/freezer great for all your cold drinks.  Beach chairs and coolers are located here as well.  The laundry room is next, with washer/dryer, laundry sink, iron and  ironing board as well as a clothes steamer. 

The "Great Cruz Bay", Master Suite boasts a king size bed with dressing table & mirror as well as a large walk in closet.  A mahogany armoire houses the 36"LCD TV with expanded digital cable.  A sitting area with two comfortable high back chairs is a great spot for reading or relaxing or watching a bit of TV.  Two double mahogany glass doors with hideaway Phantom screens, open out to the  large private balcony with outside seating or lounging.  A/C, ceiling fan, telephone, safe, private bath and large walk in closet with custom cabinets finish off the master suite.

The "Trunk Bay Suite" is adjacent to the master bedroom.  An impressive queen size mahogany four poster bed gives you just enough height for looking out to the vast panoramic ocean view from the three mahogany arched windows.  This suite has private bath with a half moon shaped coral stone shower with two arched windows to enjoy the fabulous ocean below.  A large walk in closet with custom cabinets, a safe for all your personal affects as well as A/C,  ceiling fan and telephone. A 19" LCD TV with expanded digital cable, and a built in DVD player with a comfortable rocking chair for relaxing with a movie or some news before bed.  A single mahogany glass door with hideaway phantom screen door opens to the private outside balcony where a table and chairs await you.  This cozy area is ideal for reading a book or gazing up at the thousands of glorious stars.  

 The "Trunk Bay Suite", private bath with a half moon shaped coral stone shower with two arched windows to take in the fabulous ocean view.  

The majestic "Maho Suite" is located on the upper level, on the east wing, for maximum privacy.  From the double mahogany glass doors with hideaway phantom screens you enter a large covered balcony.  Enjoy watching the sunrise from your own private hideway, a glass topped wicker table with cushioned barrel chairs.  This suite features a queen size mahogany four posted bed, three arched mahogany windows, three drawer dresser, a large walk in closet with custom cabinets, a safe for all your valuables as well as A/C, ceiling fans, telephone, a 19" LCD TV with expanded digital cable and built in DVD player.  

The "Reef Bay" studio is located via a separate exterior staircase just off the main entry area and features a mahogany wicker king bed with deluxe mattress.  A full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster are all available.  A dinette table with two chairs for enjoying the morning coffee or a full breakfast.  A comfortable sitting chair and floor lamp is included for reading, watching tv or a movie from the 19" LCD TV with expanded digital cable and DVD player.  A large closet, safe, telephone, A/C, ceiling fans, and full bath finish off the all in one studio suite.  

 The pool gazebo features bar seating for three, a commercial 4 burner Bull BBQ, blender, ice maker, refrigerator and sink, perfect for whipping up a tasty frozen treat.  Outdoor dinnerware, drinkware and serving pieces by Melamine are all available for dining by the pool under the umbrella shade or by starlight.

Summer Season rentals will incur an Energy Surcharge above the rental rate: 3% for parties of 1-6 guests and 5% for parties of 7-10 guests.

This is a non smoking villa, however smoking is permitted outside in the exterior deck areas

Deposit Information:

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8% and a $1,000 refundable security deposit.    
Please note as of January 1, 2012 Hotel Tax will increase to 10%.
