The great room has a Mahogany sofa with two comfy wicker side chairs and a large barrel chair with ottoman.  The armoire houses all your electronics, a 32" flat screen tv with expanded digital cable, stereo, dvd player and Bose sounddock.  Look and listen to the ocean just outside from the two sliding glass doors.  From here you can access the back garden area where the spa, grill and outside table for four is located.  From a separate door you can access the Tikki bar with a bar sink, refrigerator/freezer and second dryer is located.     

No cook will mind being in the kitchen with this view from one of two large windows.  Not to mention a fully stocked and complimented space where the culinary arts can be indulged in grand style. 

Brand new refrigerator, freezer, microwave, four burner stove with oven and dishwasher , coffee maker & grinder, a blender , toaster and a full y stocked kitchen await the gourmet chef.

The Master Suite has a king size bed, with stately mahogany headboard, night stands and lamps.  Double closets for all of your Caribbean attire, a hamper, telephone, ceiling fan and osculating floor fan to keep you cool day or night.  

The Master Suite has a large mahogany dresser and matching armoire which has a 19" flat screen TV with expanded digital cable for your viewing pleasure.  A wrap around private balcony with expansive views from Reef Bay, Ditliff Point, Rendezvous Bay and around to the west for a glimpse of St. Thomas.

The Master Bath has double sinks, a large vanity, full size mirror and bench seating with storage.  The full size shower features a large screened window with views to the sea which can also be seen from the window of the bathroom.  A large picture window looks out to the garden area below.   

 The Barracuda Suite with cottage style white wood headboards.  The two twin beds are great for singles or can be converted in to a king for a couple.  Two matching night stands with a drawer in each, alarm clock, telephone, ceiling fan and osculating floor fan are all there for your comfort.  A large closet with hamper for all your island attire.

A large picture window to gaze out to the view as well as a small balcony with chairs to enjoy soak up the view or relax with a good book.  An eight drawer dresser with mirror gives you plenty of space for your person affects.                 

The vast blue ocean awaits you as well as views of Hart Bay, Rendezvous Bay, East to Ram's head and South to St. Croix from the private Barracuda Suite balcony.   

The Barracuda Suite Bath with it's turquoise tile and bath accessories relaxes you upon entry.  While showing enjoy the sounds of the surf as well as views of the sparkling blue bay below.  

The Botanical Bedroom, located on the main level is just off the living room area.  The soothing sun drenched walls give you a warm feeling upon entering.  A queen sized bed with large mahogany headboard, two nights stands with lamps, comfortable sitting chair , ceiling fan, osculating floor fan, telephone, hamper and double closet perfect for one or two guests.  

A large mahogany four drawer dresser with mirror and beautiful coffee colored black out drapes are available for those who may want to nap or sleep in.  The private wrap around balcony with expansive ocean views from the beach below, or to the south side you can hear the soothing ocean from inside or out.  

The main level bedroom has a full bath just around the corner which also has easy access from the living room area.  A large shower with a louvered peak a boo window enables you to gaze out to the gentle waves below.  

Oceanport was designed to take advantage of the levels of sparkling ocean views that are exposed as the guest moves down toward the water's edge.    Away from the crowds and in union with nature this quite coral sand beach invites the visitor to dream and beach comb, collecting "art" gifts from the sea while inspiring your creative self.

The private apt retreat has a large living room with comfortable sofa and cuddle chair to accommodate visitors.  A kitchenette, including small refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender and a 22" JVC TV with expanded digital cable is the perfect space for those who want to relax and getaway from it all.   

The apartment dining area includes a round, mahogany, glass topped table with four high back chairs where you can dine inside without compromising the breathtaking ocean view.

 The private apt suite with mahogany and rattan queen size bed is ideal for the couple who is looking for privacy.  Nightstands on either side with lamps for reading, a ceiling fan, hamper, large closet and three drawer dresser for all your island attire.  Just off the bedroom is a full bath with shower and large vanity sink area.  

Follow the contour of the stone path, which leads you down the seaside cliffs where you encounter beautiful Hart Bay Beach.

This is a non smoking villa, however smoking is permitted outside on the exterior deck areas

Deposit Information:

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 10% and a $500 refundable security deposit.
