Nestled at the point of Maria Bluff between Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole, Amani a four bedroom four bath villa offers magnificent views of St. Thomas, sunsets and the surrounding cays.   

The living room with its double eight foot pocket sliders opens wide to the pool and its magnificent view.  A large comfortable sofa, side chair and glass top coffee table feature a Lexington weave design by Henry Link.  In addition there are two bistro side chairs, all with coordinating designer fabrics giving you plenty of space for couples or larger groups.  Relax and enjoy the views to the horizon while you play or work from you laptop computer with wireless DSL access.  A complete entertainment center includes a 32" TV with Platinum Expanded Cable, Symphony Compact disc digital audio sytsem,, MP3, Ipd docking, USB & Digital Tuner, Bose SoundDock, Sony 5 disc DVD Theatre with built in ipod dock, and VCR player for your viewing and listing pleasure.   

A gourmet kitchen with all major and minor appliances will appeal to the basic or seasoned chef.  Bar seating for two or four as well as dining room seating for six works well for couples or families.  The kitchen extends out to the living and dining room areas with views of the pool and the vast panoramic ocean views.  

Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the covered outside dining table with seating for six as well as a bistro table with seating for two or three.

  The master suite boasts a cathedral ceiling with the option of ceiling fan, ocean breeze, or air conditioning.  Double 6ft sliders offer an expansive ocean view or easy access to the pool area.  A cottage style hard wood headboard with matching night stands accentuate the king size bed.  The entertainment center includes a 25" TV with Platinum Expanded Cable and VCR for late night viewing.  A large private bath with shower completes the master suite.   

The guest suite also with cathedral ceilings and the option of fresh air along with ceiling fan or air conditioning.  Double 6ft sliders offer the same spectacular view as well as access to the pool deck area.  A cottage style hard wood headboard with matching nightstands enhance the king bed guest suite.  The entertainment center includes a 25" TV with Platinum Expanded Cable and VCR for your viewing and listening pleasure.  A large private bath with shower includes additional access from the hallway, for visiting guests.  

The upstairs guest suite with cathedral ceilings features two twin beds with pastel hardwood headboards that can be left as twins or converted into a king.  A set of  night stands, an entertainment center with 25" TV with Platinum Expanded Cable and VCR make this room desirable for couple or kids.  Three double windows open to the hillside for cooling tradewinds along with the large ceiling fan or air conditioning for much cooler temperatures.  A private bath with shower completes the upper level guest suite.   

The master and guest suites open to the expansive pool deck where you can enjoy sunning from one of the four relaxing chaise lounges or unwind with a good book in one of the many comfortable chairs outside or under the covered porch area.  

  Also available is the separate guest cottage that can be rented along with the main house.  The cottage has a cathedral ceiling with the option of  ceiling fan, ocean breeze or air conditioning.  Comfortable wicker chairs for reading or viewing the 25" TV with Platinum Expanded Cable and DVD.  A cottage style hard wood headboard with matching night stands accentuate the king size bed which also includes a private bath with shower.  Double 6ft sliders open to the outside deck with two chaise lounges, table seating for four, gas grill, and hot tub.  A small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and dinette table and chairs complete this wonderful retreat.  

The Guest Cottage is rented with the main house or remains empty.

Deposit Information:

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $500.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.  Please make checks payable to Robert C. Capshaw
