Welcome to the amazing "Allesandra" A three bedroom three bath luxury villa located in upper Estate Chocolate Hole. Fully equipped with all the amenities for the vacationing traveler.
Expansive panoramic views of Cruz Bay, Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole as well as breathtaking views of St. Thomas, Little St. James, and the surrounding cays.
Allesandra is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with an abundance of specimen trees and orchids. Bay Rum and Allspice along with Avocado, Key Lime, Bananas and Mandarin Orange trees just to name a few.
The Great Room features an expansive living and dining room area. Cathedral ceilings with two large windows and four sets of sliding glass doors that open out to the spacious pool deck. The living space has comfortable rattan furniture including two love seats, a large chair with ottoman and a recliner. Enjoy reading or watching TV on the 51" wall mounted flat screen LSD with digital cable. A state of the art surround sound Bose Media Center with DVD, Stereo and a 200 disc CD player for your listening and viewing pleasures. A mahogany desk and chair are available for reading, writing or using your lap top. A glass top dining table for six is located in the main living area as well as a table for six just outside under the gazebo.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen including all major and minor appliances that will please any chef. A Whirlpool side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser including a UV water filter system for added convenience. A four burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster and all the necessary gadgets for the gourmet chef. An island counter and bar with seating for four separates the kitchen from the dining and living room areas. Just down the hall from the kitchen you will find a brand new large capacity GE Washer and Dryer. At the end of the hall is a full bath for the Flamboyant Suite. There is a separate door off the kitchen to keep this bedroom private from the main house.

As you enter the main house through the mahogany front door, the master suite is located to the west. A lovely mahogany king sized sleigh bed with tempur-pedic mattress awaits you. A large mahogany armoire is available for all your Caribbean attire. Enjoy the cozy sitting area with two comfortable wicker barrel chairs and mahogany side table for reading or watching tv. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, and 32" wall mounted flat screen LCD TV with digital cable and built in DVD player are included. The screened sliding glass doors open onto the expansive coral tiled deck.
The master bathroom with oversized glass block shower gives you plenty of space for two. A door opens onto to the pool deck for easy access from the pool to the bath.
The Flamboyant Suite features a queen sized bed with white wicker head board and relaxing reading chair. Double sliding glass doors give easy access to the pool deck. Night stands with large reading lamps, a full size dresser, large mirror and closet to store all your personal effects. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, and telephone are also included. A 19" flat screen LCD TV with digital cable & built in DVD player completes this lovely suite. A queen size futon in this suite is available for small children. The Master Suite and the Flamboyant Suite are on opposite sides of the kitchen/living areas making this villa ideal for families with small children.
The expansive driveway allows for plenty of parking. From the driveway a separate staircase leads you down to the Garden Cottage where you will find a quiet retreat for reading or enjoying the view.
The Garden Cottage contains a deluxe four poster queen sized bed with wicker night stands on either side including reading lamps for each guest. Air conditioning, ceiling fans cordless telephone and large closet are all included. A large armoire holds the 42" Toshiba TV with cable and DVD player. There is a lovely colorful glass top table with seating for two, and a small refrigerator to hold drinks or a late night snack. A full bath with fish tiled shower completes this unique cottage retreat. The cottage can also be entered from a gated staircase off the pool deck.

Just a five minute drive to the town of Cruz Bay, where you can enjoy dining at one of the many casual or classic restaurants this charming town has to offer. Or shop from the several small and unique shops all located in the heart of Cruz Bay.
After your day in paradise, diving, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking the trails or just relaxing at the beach you can look forward to a breathtaking sunset from this spectacular villa!

Deposit
Information:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%, and a $500 refundable security deposit. Please make checks payable to Sandra Fager.
