Welcome to Acqua Blu, a luxurious four bedroom four baths villa, located in the prestigious neighborhood of Boatman Point, on St. John, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Each bedroom is uniquely themed, and has magnificent views, its own porch or a balcony. All four bedrooms have king beds, quiet, split air conditioners, with ceiling fans and views to the Caribbean Seas.
A path from the house to the water provides access to swimming, snorkeling or fishing on the south side of St. John. The house is on one acre, and is part of the Boatman Point Association with its own private rubble beach (3 minute walk)
Bring your Wi Fi capable laptop and surf from anywhere at Acqua Blu. The swimming pool is 35' X 11' with a shallow end of 4 ft and a deep end of 10ft, plenty of space for all to enjoy.
The fully equipped modern kitchen contains all your major and minor appliances for the gourmet chef. 2 dishwashers, a gas oven, a Miele electric oven, 5 burner gas cooktop, convection microwave, ice maker, beverage cooer & electric ice cream machine for any frozen concoctions you might desire. The kitchen has its own sound system, CD player. The washer & dryer are in a separate room off the kitchen with a built in ironing station. There is also a 48" hand carved teak table: a perfect hideaway for lunch or breakfast.
Just a 10 minute nature walk you will find yourself at sandy Hart Bay Beach, perfect for a swim, snorkel or simply shell hunting along the waters edge.

The expansive Great Room is 36' X 40" with soaring 24' ceilings with Terrazo marble flooring.
A Steinway Piano is waiting for the musician vacationer, to create beautiful music for all to enjoy.
The formal dining area features a mahogany dining table with seating for up to 12 guests.
The Zen Suite is located just beyond the living room area. A glass french door leads out to your balcony with sitting area to soak up vast ocean view. A king size bed with mahogany end tables, dresser and large closet with build in shelving for all your island attire. The round sitting chair with several throw pillows offers a very comfortable area to relax. The full bath features a tiled shower accentuated with glass block and a window to the ocean and of Hart Bay.
The Master Suite, located just off the great room, contains a four poster mahogany bed and walk in closet. The flooring is made from rare tropical hardwoods. Enjoy an outdoor shower with spectacular ocean views or a relaxing bath in the Japanese soak tub.
The private balcony with seating for two offers an expansive panoramic ocean view.
The Plantation Suite
The Ram's Head Suite with mahogany 4 poster king bed, full bath with private outside shower with views to Ram's Head and south to St. Croix. A ceiling fan, telephone, small mahogany table, cane back sitting chair and floor lamp give you a nice comfortable area for reading or relaxing. There is also an outside sitting area with vast ocean views.
The Media Room with Day Bed will comfortably sleep a teenager or young adult increasing the villa capacity to 9 guests. . Air conditioning, flat panel LCD TV with Cable, DVD, VCR , CD and surround sound Stereo System are all available for your viewing and listening pleasure. A Sony computer complete with a fax, copier and scanner for those who need to check emails or surf the web.
The lower collenade features a mahogany bar with seating for four.
There are 7 porches and patios throughout the house, two with outdoor teak tables, perfect for al fresco get togethers.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $500.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%. Please make checks payable to Arex Acqua Blu
